The winch compartment is painted with paint resistant to aggressive environments, the floor is covered with anti-slip material and is equipped with a drain pan.

SPA

Hydromechanical drive via chain/hydraulic drive integrated into the drum. Provides smooth operation, a wide speed range, low-speed logging methods, and hydraulic dynamic braking.

A cable layer with automatic line laying and manual adjustment capabilities. The braking system consists of a band and hydraulic brake.

The maximum traction force on the first two rows of winding is not less than 60 kN

Standard line speed range is 40 - 8000 m/h

Extended range of line speeds 20 - 8000 m/h

Winch

Single-drum single-section/single-drum two-section/double-drum.

Capacity: up to 7000 m with a line diameter of 12 mm

Control system

Applicable measuring heads:

- WireHead for lines with a diameter of 6 to 12 mm

- SlickHead for lines with a diameter of 1.8 to 6 mm

Visualization and recording of values: depth, line speed and tension, differential line tension, powertrain parameters, hydraulic system parameters and diagnostics.

Automatic modes: maintaining a set speed and tension, emergency stop when reaching limit parameters (tension, differential tension), stop when reaching the wellhead, programmable descent by setting depth and speed intervals, keeping an operation log (black box).
